Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. xl99 prohibits the creation of duplicate, linked, or associated accounts by the same individual. Detection of multiple accounts may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Any material inaccuracy or omission discovered at any stage — including during a withdrawal request — may result in Account suspension pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. xl99 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. xl99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
Before processing any withdrawal request, xl99 is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account within seconds. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are also processed near-instantly. xl99 does not accept cash deposits, third-party transfers, or cryptocurrency payments unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform.
Note: Deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your Account. xl99 does not process withdrawals to accounts held in a different name than the registered Account holder. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Off-peak requests may take up to 4 hours. xl99 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/monthly limits are specified on the Platform and may be adjusted at xl99's discretion. Withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 per transaction require completed KYC verification. xl99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence procedures for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). xl99 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
All bonuses and promotions offered by xl99 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
New members who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for xl99's Welcome Bonus. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, rollover requirement, and expiry period are specified in the Welcome Bonus terms available on the Platform at the time of the offer. Welcome bonuses are issued once per household, IP address, email address, and payment method.
Bonus funds are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times using real-money bets on eligible games. Bets placed on excluded games or markets will not contribute to rollover requirements. xl99 reserves the right to recalculate or void wagering progress if bets are made in a manner designed to exploit bonus terms.
xl99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting tools, and systematic exploitation of promotions. Any Account found to be engaged in such activity will have bonuses voided, winnings derived from abuse forfeited, and the Account subject to permanent closure.

All bets are subject to acceptance by xl99. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started, bets that exceed our maximum stake limits, or bets placed on markets that have been suspended. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation reference number from the Platform.

Asian handicap (voor bola — the spread-based football wagering format widely used in Indonesia), 1X2, over/under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets are available across eligible fixtures.
Live odds are updated in real time and are subject to change or suspension without notice. xl99 accepts no liability for connectivity issues, data feed delays, or technical disruptions that may affect your ability to place or amend in-play bets.
A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined, if incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error, or if the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are refunded to your Wallet Balance at the original stake amount.
In the event of a system malfunction, pricing error, or manifest mistake in odds or game outcomes, xl99 reserves the right to void affected bets. No liability is accepted for losses arising from technical errors beyond xl99's reasonable control. All game results are final once officially settled by the relevant game provider or sports data feed.
